Job Summary:
We're seeking an ambitious Sales Agent to drive business growth, generate new leads, and build strong relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through outbound calls, emails, research, and networking
- Present Emaya Inc. ' truck dispatching services to potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships
- Negotiate and close deals, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sales experience (preferably in logistics, transportation, or related industries)
- Proven track record of sales success, meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software
- Reliable internet connection (for remote work)
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
