Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging online platforms.
• Carrier Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective carriers through regular communication.
• Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with carriers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements that meet their needs while maximizing profitability for our company.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
• Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in using FMCA and safer websites to manage leads, track sales activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous sales experience in truck dispatching. Newbies can also apply.
• Familiarity with US transportation industry regulations and best practices.
