Job Summary:
Responsible for generating sales revenue by selling sports equipment, apparel, and accessories to customers, providing expert advice, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Meet or exceed sales targets
2. Demonstrate knowledge of sports products (equipment, apparel, shoes)
3. Advise customers on product selection and usage
4. Process sales transactions and handle customer complaints
5. Maintain store displays, merchandise, and inventory
6. Stay up-to-date with new products, technologies, and industry trends
7. Collaborate with other departments (marketing, logistics) as needed
8. Participate in visual merchandising and store promotions
Requirements:
- 1-2 years sales experience (sports retail preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of sports and fitness
- Goal-oriented and motivated
- Ability to work under pressure

Job Summary:
Supports sales team by assisting with sales-related tasks, providing basic customer service, and maintaining a sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist sales staff with sales-related tasks
2. Greet customers and respond to basic inquiries
3. Maintain store displays, merchandise, and inventory
4. Restock shelves and assist with visual merchandising
5. Process sales transactions and handle cash/credit transactions
6. Answer phone calls and respond to emails
7. Provide basic product information to customers
8. Assist with sales promotions and events
Requirements:
- Basic communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic math skills and accuracy with transactions
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Basic knowledge of sports and fitness (desirable)
Skills for Both Roles:
- Physical ability to lift and move merchandise (up to 25 kg)
- Ability to work varied shifts (including weekends and holidays)
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer
