Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and onboard trucking carriers for load offers and dispatch services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and carriers to meet their load and dispatch needs.
Negotiate rates and secure deals with carriers to maximize profitability.
Coordinate with dispatchers to ensure smooth load assignments and communication.
Maintain a database of active leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Provide excellent customer service to carriers, resolving any issues promptly.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in the trucking industry.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in sales, logistics, or the trucking industry is highly preferred.
Strong ability to negotiate and close deals.
Familiarity with U. S. trucking operations, freight markets, and dispatch processes.
Tech-savvy with the ability to use CRM systems, communication tools, and other software.
Must have a reliable computer, phone, and high-speed internet for remote work.
Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
