Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
Provide accurate product information and assist with order placement.
Assist customers with after-sales support and handle queries.
Manage and maintain customer records.
Help resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with delivery and logistics teams when needed.
