Position: Sale Executive – USA Gaming Platform

As a Digital Marketing Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will involve boosting revenue by identifying, prospecting, and sealing new business opportunities within the digital marketing domain. Effective communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
We are offering a full-time position that necessitates on-site office presence, and remote work options will not be available under any circumstances.
Note: We are looking for experience Sale Agent, who know how to hunt customer and generate sale.
Responsibilities:
• Customer Hunting of our online gaming product which is only play in America
• Support in monitoring social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and mentions on time
• Address customer inquiries, resolve basic issues, and escalate more complex problems to the appropriate teams
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in an Excel sheet
• Share reports with the team lead on a scheduled basis to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
• Minimum qualification of Intermediate (12th grade) or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and interest in digital marketing.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
