The rice milling unit model LJ-(25)H is a comprehensive equipment for rice-processing. Rice goes into the machine through vibrating screen and magnet unit, and then forward under rubber-roller for hulling, winnowing and air-blowing to remove the husk. The machine may complete all the processing works from cleaning grain, hulling to rick husking in succession. As to husk, chaff, blighted grain as well as polished rice, they are all pushed out of machine separately. This machine is a comprehensive expression for all the good qualities of various kind of rice-processing machines. For instance, it is arranged with a comprehensive view of situation and is designed rationally. Its structure is compact and well organized. It is of less noise and can be easily operated and reliably regulated. Rice after processed consist of less chaff and few of them are damaged. The neatness of such rice may be up to above standard.

Procedures of producing rice from paddies
1. Through vibrating screen
2. To riddle gravel, pull out hopper slide
3. The paddy screened slide over magnet unit to remove iron fillings and are driven into between two rubber rollers through feeding roller for husking, paddy flow is controlled by flow controller
4. Speed roller whirls in the reverse direction it’s line speed different stands, 3.6MPS, ration of whirling speed 1:1.35, while hulling rate is up to over 95%. Clear ance between rolls is regulated by rolling distance regulation system. The odds and ends under huller are separated by air blowing, Chaff are blowed out of the machine by chaff air machine. Blighted grain flow out from the blighted grain mouth, while the blown rice are pushed into husking space for husking. The polished rice are pushed out from rice draining mouth. In the course of husking, high pressure blower air blows uninterruptedly towards the hollow axis of rice machine. So as to decrease the temperature of rice in husking space. The rice become clean and bright. Chaff goes easy and smooth. Degree of neatness of rice may be regulated with pressing weight of rice draining mouth. Fine chaff are pushed out of machine through holes of turret screen.
