Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee life cycle
- Handle employee relations, conflicts, and grievances
- Manage performance management and appraisal systems
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HR
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Able to handle independently the day to day HR matters
