We are looking for a female candidates to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for Order Confirmation and Tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Confirm customer orders via phone call.
Track and update customers on their order status
Resolve order-related queries professionally and efficiently
Ensure Smooth Deliveries
Maintain accurate order records and reports
Requirements:
Female candidates preferred
Prior experience in customer service or e-commerce is a plus
Strong communication skills
Basic computer skills & familiarity with order management systems
