We are seeking a dynamic and creative female Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and driving our marketing and promotional activities to enhance our online presence and engagement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies across various platforms.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, written).
- Design and execute online marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a social way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Analyze key metrics and adjust strategy as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO.
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
