As a Client Support Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients by providing exceptional customer service and technical support. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and building strong relationships with our clients.
Salary Bracket: 30k to 50k depending on the experience, skills and qualification
Responsibilities:
• Provide prompt and professional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to client problems
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
• Minimum Qualification: Graduate/ Intermediate will be preferred
• Proficient in English is a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
