Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage and update Google Maps for business locations.
2. Handle incoming calls and respond to WhatsApp messages.
3. Forward customer inquiries to the technical team when necessary.
4. Communicate with customers to understand their issues and provide assistance.
5. Manage Google Drive for organizing and sharing documents.
6. Handle emails, schedule tasks, and manage time efficiently using Google Calendar.
7. Perform task management and organization of daily responsibilities.
Requirements:
*Must be fluent in Urdu, and have basic Punjabi and English communication skills.
*Experience with Google Drive, Google Maps, and Google Calendar.
*Strong organizational and time management skills.
*Ability to multitask and handle customer interactions professionally.
*Prior experience as a virtual assistant, receptionist, or customer service representative is preferred.
