Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for finding, bidding on, and winning projects related to Laravel, PHP, web development, and social media marketing. You will play a key role in expanding our client base by securing freelance projects on Upwork, ensuring continuous growth for our agency.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively search for relevant projects on Upwork related to Laravel, PHP, web development, and social media marketing.
Craft compelling and customized proposals to attract and win potential clients.
Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and project scope.
Follow up on submitted bids and maintain ongoing communication with clients.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure clear understanding of the project requirements.
Track and report on bidding performance and successful project wins.
Maintain a professional, client-focused attitude to secure long-term relationships.
Requirements:
Proven experience in bidding on Upwork or other freelance platforms.
Strong understanding of Laravel, PHP, web development, and social media marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to write detailed, clear, and persuasive proposals.
Proficiency in understanding client requirements and translating them into actionable project plans.
A good network of past clients and a successful track record in securing projects is a plus.
