Job Responsibilities:
*Provide remote technical support for CCTV systems using AnyDesk, UltraViewer, or similar tools.
*Install and configure VMS (Video Management Software) for brands like Hikvision, Dahua, and TVT virtually.
*Manage and update CCTV company apps for smooth operation.
*Send and manage CCTV recordings virtually when required.
*Update and maintain Google Maps for business locations.
* Use Google Calendar to schedule and manage technical staff efficiently. Manage using Google Drive, Google Maps, and Google Calendar. Record-keeping for daily responsibilities & Perform task management.
Requirements:
Experience in CCTV systems and remote troubleshooting.
Proficiency in using AnyDesk, UltraViewer, or other remote access software.
Knowledge of installing Hikvision, Dahua, and TVT VMS software.
Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Maps, and Google Calendar.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in CCTV technical support or IT support.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience in task management and scheduling.
Need Good Computer And Good Speed Internet
