Regional Managers Required
We are hiring, dedicated Regional Managers to manage operations efficiently in the following regions of Lahore:
1. Johar Town region
Including, Faisal town, Muslim Town, Canal view, Thokar Niaz beg, Raiwind and adjoining societies with Bahria Town and lake city, valencia, Wapda Town, PIA and Township.
2. Cantt region
Including Cantt. DHA, BEDIAN,BARKI AIRPORT AND adjoining areas
3. Gulberg region
Gulberg, Model Town, Ferozpur Road, Jail Road Mall Road, Garden Town, Canal Road up till Punjab University.
4. Iqbal Town region
City area, samanabad, gulshan ravi, multan Road, Ichara, mozang and Lower mall up till bund Road
Candidates must have residence and full knowledge of their respective region.
Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee daily operations of multiple food points, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
* Lead and manage a team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
* Monitor sales, manage inventory, and ensure consistent quality of food and service.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Prepare and analyze operational reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
* Secure further points of sales.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Proven experience (5+ years) in managing operations in the food chain business.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and team management abilities.
* MBA in business management, hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
* Must own a car for conveyance.
