Key Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Operations

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
2. Administrative Support
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required.
Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
3. Customer Service
Address inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s products or services.
Handle complaints or direct them to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
Ensure clients and visitors feel valued and well-assisted.
4. Office Management
Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure a functional workspace.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail or courier deliveries.
