Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. As an Office Receptionist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and providing support to various departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and Welcome Visitors: Warmly greet all visitors and clients, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or department promptly.
Answer and Direct Calls: Manage incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls to the appropriate staff members.
Manage Front Desk Operations: Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring that all materials (brochures, forms, etc. ) are up to date and accessible.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for staff members, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
Mail and Package Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages, as well as manage outgoing correspondence.
Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
Visitor Management: Maintain visitor logs and ensure that all visitors adhere to security protocols.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all clients, visitors, and staff by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
Communication: Distribute internal communications and announcements as needed.
Qualifications:
Education: FA/FSC minimum education required
