Job Description:-
1) Answer Telephone Calls in Professional Manner and book appointment for customer and inform the Doctor.
2) Get the details of the patients and record the details in the computer upon arrival of patients in clinic.
3) Maintain good and healthy relation with the patient and other Clinic Staff.
4) Should have good knowledge of Dental Treatment i. e Doctor will guide accordingly.
5) Bill the patient according to the treatment and give receipt to the patient. Keep the record of the bill the computer system.
6) Maintain the Income and Expenses record in the system and provide the statement to Doctor when needed.
7) Keep the Assests Record in the system and provide when needed.
8) Maintain the Purchases record, Laboratory bills, Material bills, Salary Payables, Account Payables and Receivables, Administrative bills ( Rents and Utility bills etc).
9) Should have knowledge of Computer related issues.
10) Maintain petty cash and maintain bank account of the clinic.
