*Job Title:* QuickBooks Accountant
*Job Summary:*
We're seeking an experienced QuickBooks Accountant to manage our company's financial records, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide expert guidance on QuickBooks operations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of QuickBooks, excellent accounting skills, and the ability to work independently.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for informed decision-making
- Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Provide training and support to staff on QuickBooks operations and financial procedures
- Ensure data security and integrity, and perform regular backups
- Stay up-to-date with QuickBooks updates, new features, and best practices
*Requirements:*
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry
- Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
*Preferred Qualifications:*
- Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor (QBPA) or Certified Public Bookkeeper (CPB) certification
- Experience with QuickBooks add-ons, such as payroll, inventory, or job costing
- Familiarity with other accounting software or systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
