Responsibilities:
Review and assess documentation from U. S. nursing staff for accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with teams to address documentation queries and provide feedback.
Provide training on best practices and stay updated on industry regulations.
Analyze data for reporting and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements:
BSCN degree and valid nursing license in Pakistan.
Experience in healthcare QA or a related role.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Should have basic knowledge of operating a computer
