Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Consultant to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients about best ROI projects and buying a properties. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting market research to understand property trends and pricing.
- Meeting with clients to discuss their property needs and preferences.
- Providing expert advice on property values and investment opportunities.
- Creating and maintaining listings of available properties.
- Conducting property viewings and open houses.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
