Educational Background:
• Minimum Qualification: Ph. D. or Master’s in Marketing or Digital Marketing or Business Administration or Communication or a related field. A Bachelor’s degree with extensive industry experience is also acceptable.
• Certifications: Google Digital Marketing or HubSpot Inbound Marketing or Meta (Facebook) Blueprint or SEMrush SEO Fundamentals or Udemy or Coursera or related.
• Preferred Certifications: PPC & Google Ads or Content Marketing (HubSpot or CMI) or SEO (Yoast or Ahrefs) or Email Marketing (Mailchimp or HubSpot) or Social Media Marketing (Hootsuite or LinkedIn Learning).
Technical Expertise & Practical Experience:
• Digital Marketing Fundamentals: SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, Web Analytics.
• SEO & PPC: Expertise in keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, conversion tracking, and A/B testing.
• Content & Social Media Marketing: Creating platform-specific content, CMS experience (WordPress, Shopify, Wix), social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Web Analytics & Data-Driven Marketing: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, HubSpot, and deriving actionable marketing insights.
• Email Marketing & Automation: Experience with Mailchimp, Convert Kit, Active Campaign, CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce).
• E-commerce & CRO: Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, CRO tools (Hotjar, Crazy Egg).
Teaching & Mentorship:
