You are an experienced paid media specialist with a strong background in Google Ads (Performance Max, Search, and Shopping), Microsoft Ads, and social PPC. You have a proven track record of managing and optimising PPC campaigns for eCommerce businesses and understand how to drive conversions, maximise ROAS, and scale campaigns effectively.
Your strengths lie in both data analysis and creativity. You know how to interpret performance metrics to refine bidding strategies while crafting compelling ad copy to improve engagement and conversions. You’re proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns across different platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), Microsoft Ads, and paid social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn).
Manage and optimise campaigns to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and maximise return on investment.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management to enhance campaign performance.
Monitor campaign data, analyse performance trends, and make strategic adjustments.
Write and test ad copy to improve engagement and effectiveness.
Manage budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficient performance.
Keep up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with wider marketing and business objectives.
Skills & Experience Required
Several years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social channels.
Strong knowledge of Performance Max, Search, and Shopping campaigns.
Experience managing PPC campaigns for eCommerce businesses (essential).
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and other PPC reporting tools.
Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and performance optimisation.
Ability to create effective ad copy and landing page strategies to enhance performance.
Experience managing PPC budgets with a focus on maximising efficiency and profitability.
Desirable Skills
Experience managing B2B PPC campaigns.
Experience managing campaigns with a large number of SKUs, ensuring structured and scalable PPC strategies.
Knowledge of marketplace PPC (e. g. Amazon Ads) and how to optimise campaigns on third-party platforms.
Understanding of SEO best practices to support PPC efforts.
