Description
Position: Pre-Primary School Principal
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pre-primary school.
Develop and implement curriculum, ensuring it meets educational standards.
Lead and manage the teaching staff, providing guidance and support.
Foster a positive learning environment for young children.
Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and the school community.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
Manage the administrative aspects of the school, including budgeting and resource allocation.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in academic or administrative roles, preferably in early childhood education.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
Familiarity with early childhood education best practices.
Age Limit:
35 to 50 years preferred.
Location Preference:
Candidates from Gulshan-e-Roomi or surrounding areas will be given priority.
