Your Role:
Be the first point of contact for all guests, offering a warm and professional welcome.
Anticipate and cater to guest needs, ensuring every dining experience is exceptional.
Handle guest reservations, special requests, and feedback with care and attention.
Collaborate with the team to provide seamless service and resolve any concerns with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
Represent the restaurants with poise, creating a memorable atmosphere for every guest.

Previous experience in guest relations, customer service, or the hospitality industry, ideally within fine dining or luxury settings.
