Key Responsibilities
- Invoice Generation: Prepare and manage accurate and timely invoices for clients.
- Payments Follow-Ups: Proactively follow up with clients for payment collection, ensuring timely and complete payment of outstanding invoices.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- MS Office Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word, to create detailed financial documents and reports.
- Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
- Taxation Knowledge: Understand and apply Federal and regional taxation treatments to financial transactions and reporting.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Taxation: Solid understanding of Federal and regional taxation regulations and treatments.
