Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Pharmacy Technician / Cashier to join our team. This position combines pharmacy support with customer service, and includes responsibilities in sales, inventory management, demand updates duties. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping others.

Key Responsibilities:
• Pharmacy Technician Duties:
o Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications under the supervision of a pharmacist.
o Verify patient information and prescriptions for accuracy and completeness.
o Provide medication counseling and support to patients as directed by the pharmacist.
o Maintain accurate medication inventory records and assist with ordering medications.
o Assist customers in selecting over-the-counter products and answer basic health-related queries.
o Assist in maintaining promotional displays and materials to encourage sales.
o Process transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring a high level of customer service.
o Regularly update and manage inventory levels for both pharmacy and retail items.
o Monitor product expiration dates and ensure stock is rotated properly.
o Assist with stocktaking and inventory audits to ensure accurate stock counts.
o Manage product returns as needed.
o Accurately process customer transactions using the point-of-sale system.
o Handle cash, credit card payments, and provide correct change.
o Provide receipts and answer any customer questions regarding billing or products.
o Stay informed of changes in customer demand, sales trends, and seasonal variations.
o Communicate inventory needs to management
o Assist in forecasting demand for medications and retail products to ensure availability.

Qualifications:
• Intermediate or above ,Having diploma or equivalent; Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) preferred.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy, healthcare, or retail environment is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when handling prescriptions and transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of organization.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
