We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team, specifically focused on managing our Daraz marketplace accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing product listings, optimizing performance, and developing strong relationships with Daraz to ensure continued growth and success on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Manage and oversee all aspects of our Daraz account, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
- Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and profitability on Daraz, including promotional campaigns, pricing optimization, and identifying new growth opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with Daraz's internal teams to ensure smooth communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize performance.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to ensure our product offerings are competitive and aligned with market demand.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Work closely with the supply chain and inventory teams to ensure product availability, minimize stockouts, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer feedback and reviews, addressing any concerns promptly and ensuring a positive experience for all customers on Daraz.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum metric
- Age Requirement: Candidates must be under 35 years of age.
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably with Daraz or a similar e-commerce platform.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- E-commerce Knowledge: Familiarity with Daraz's seller portal, policies, and tools is essential.
