Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time Office Assistant to help with stock handling, inventory management, and Excel-based reporting. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities:
Maintain stock records and update inventory.
Prepare Excel sheets for stock tracking & reporting.
Assist in data entry and office documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers & customers when needed.
Requirements:
Experience: 1+ year in a similar role (Fresh graduates with Excel skills can apply).
Education: Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor's preferred.
Skills:
Strong command of Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc. )
Basic knowledge of stock/inventory management.
Good communication and organizational skills.
