As an interdisciplinary art student, this piece represents my semester one final project.
The tabletop, constructed from 0.75" laser-cut sheet material, features a matte white finish. The design is inspired by the imaginative play of childhood paper airplanes. The legs, crafted from solid wood and representing primary colors (red, green, and blue), evoke the aesthetic of colored pencils.
This functional art piece is intended for art and craft enthusiasts, suitable for everyday use. As a student, my goal is not profit, but rather to recoup the costs incurred in completing the project.
Visitors will be entertained only the weekend.
