Description
As a Business Communication Female Executive, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls, outbound calls, emails and chats with overseas brands regarding the routine business activities/operations.
- This includes but not limited to interacting with major online marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and PayPal, etc.
- This is a completely remote work opportunity, so it is essential to have your own laptop, a designated workspace, headphones, and a reliable internet connection.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
Required Skills:
Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).
The ability to handle pressure in tricky online call situations.
Adaptability to manage night shift challenges.
