Job Description:
The Cashier will be responsible for managing cash transactions, processing payments, and ensuring accurate financial exchanges with customers. The role involves handling cash registers, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a smooth operation at the outlet's front-of-house (FOH) area.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems.
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, providing correct change and receipts.
Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and cash flow.
Ensure a positive customer experience by assisting with inquiries and resolving payment-related issues.
Assist in balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies.
Provide support to the FOH team and contribute to a smooth and efficient operation.
Qualifications & Experience:
At least an Intermediate education or equivalent.
Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
