Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated salesperson with 1-3 years of experience in the home decor industry. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves handling sales activities, conducting market visits, and promoting our range of home decor products to prospective clients. The candidate must be able to build relationships, identify customer needs, and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market visits to gather competitive intelligence and identify potential sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new prospects.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company's product range, including furniture, lighting, textiles, and decorative accessories.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and post-sale follow-ups.
Assist in visual merchandising and ensure the display of products is attractive and up-to-date.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide information on the latest home decor trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance promotional campaigns and reach target audiences.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback.
Participate in product training to stay up-to-date with industry trends and product updates.
Ensure high standards of professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the home decor industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Ability to conduct market research and make informed decisions based on market trends.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
Basic knowledge of home decor trends and product knowledge.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for market visits.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software.
Preferred:
Experience in retail or wholesale sales within the home decor or furniture industry.
Familiarity with customer relationship management tools and sales reporting systems.
