We are currently expanding and seeking enthusiastic and motivated Outbound Telemarketing Representatives for our Medical Alert Campaign. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact by promoting essential life-saving services to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads to promote our medical alert systems.
Engage with customers to educate them on the benefits and features of medical alert products.
Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Schedule live transfers to the sales team for qualified leads.
Achieve daily/weekly performance goals, including call volume and conversion rates.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle objections and close conversations effectively.
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
High school diploma or equivalent.
A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
