AWS VISION IS HIRING B2C TELESALES EXECUTIVE
LOCATION: GULISTAN E JOHAR
YOU WILL BE AT THE FOREFRONT OF OUR SALES EFFORTS, ENGAGING WITH POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS THROUGH OUTBOUND CALLS. YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE TO PROMOTE AND SELL OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, MEET SALES TARGETS, AND PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
CONDUCT OUTBOUND CALLS TO POTENTIAL AND EXISTING CUSTOMERS TO PROMOTE AND SELL PRODUCTS/SERVICES
IDENTIFY CUSTOMER NEEDS AND RECOMMEND APPROPRIATE SOLUTIONS.
MEET AND EXCEED SALES TARGETS AND KPI’S
MAINTAIN ACCURATE AND UP-TO-DATE RECORDS OF ALL INTERACTIONS WITH CUSTOMERS.
HANDLE CUSTOMER INQUIRIES, OBJECTIONS, AND COMPLAINTS PROFESSIONALLY AND EFFECTIVELY.
COLLABORATE WITH TEAM MEMBERS AND CONTRIBUTE TO A POSITIVE AND PRODUCTIVE WORK ENVIRONMENT.
REQUIREMENTS:
MINIMUM EDUCATION: INTERMEDIATE
PREVIOUS TELESALES OR SALES EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS
STRONG COMMUNICATION AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS
TARGET-DRIVEN AND SELF MOTIVATED
FLUENCY IN ENGLISH
