Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Outbound Calling Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively contacting potential clients to introduce our estimating services and generate qualified leads for our sales team. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and contributing to the growth of our business.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound calls to businesses and individuals based on provided leads or through proactive research.
* Clearly and concisely explain our estimating services and their benefits to potential clients.
* Identify client needs and determine if our services align with their requirements.
* Effectively handle objections and answer client questions professionally and accurately.
* Build rapport and establish positive relationships with prospects.
* Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and accurately record all interactions and lead information in our CRM system.
* Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team with qualified leads.
* Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting.
* Maintain a strong understanding of our estimating services, pricing, and competitive landscape.
* Collaborate effectively with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
* Continuously strive to improve communication and sales skills.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong listening and persuasive skills.
* Ability to clearly and concisely articulate product/service benefits.
* Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
