Hiring: Order Taking Personnel for Herbs & Spices Company
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Order Taking Person to join our team! Our company specializes in providing high-quality herbs and spices to the local market, and we need a reliable individual to manage customer orders efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
Take customer orders accurately and process them efficiently.
Maintain strong communication with clients regarding their requirements.
Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Keep records of orders and update inventory status as needed.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple orders and maintain accuracy.
Basic knowledge of herbs & spices (preferred but not mandatory).
Previous experience in order-taking, sales, or customer service is a plus.
