We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-friendly Order Taker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking and processing customer orders efficiently while providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, or online system.
• Ensure accuracy of orders and confirm details with customers if needed.
• Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for order fulfillment.
• Provide product information and assist customers with their inquiries.
• Handle any order modifications, cancellations, or special requests.
• Maintain records of orders and transactions.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with order management systems.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum Intermediate education is required
