Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Order Booker for our cosmetic products at Make Life Group located in Jami Commercial, 11th street, Phase 7 DHA, Karachi, with indoor and outdoor field work. The Order Booker will be responsible for order management, processing orders, ensuring efficient communication, providing excellent customer service, field work to visits markets and utilizing analytical skills to optimize processes.
Responsibilities
• Visiting shops/clients and taking orders.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Ensuring timely order placement and delivery coordination.
• Providing product information and addressing customer queries.
• Achieving monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
• Minimum Education: Intermediate
• Prior experience in order booking or a sales-related field is preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Inter degree with relative field experience (Bachelor Degree holder will be preferred)
Benefits:
• Salary package: 35,000 + 10,000 allowances plus commission.
