Description
We are looking for an Order Booker with experience in FMCG to join our team. The Order Booker is responsible for managing orders from customers, including taking orders, preparing and processing invoices, and providing customer service. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Take orders from customers over the market
Prepare invoices and process payments
Maintain accurate records of customer orders
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered in a timely manner
Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction is met
Resolve any queries or complaints quickly and efficiently
Liaise with suppliers to ensure stock levels are maintained
Inducting products and opening new clients.
Ensure proper displays are maintained.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an Order Booker role within FMCG - 5 to 10 years.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently
