PakLoaders is a new and growing startup in the packers and movers industry, committed to making relocation and logistics easier for our clients. We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Representative to join our team in Lahore and help us manage our daily operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating daily operations, including scheduling and logistics for client moves.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure a smooth service experience.
Support the team in organizing materials, transport, and workforce for efficient operations.
Address any operational challenges promptly and find simple solutions.
Maintain basic records related to bookings, tasks, and operational details.
Provide support to the team and ensure tasks are completed on time.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 year of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
