Description
We are hiring Operation Executive for our Operation Department at Perfumes Hub.
Minimum experience: 1 to 2 years. Minimum Education: Intermediate, Graduate is preferred. Job responsibility: • Order Fulfillment: • Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and timely shipment of customer orders. • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize backorders. • Implement strategies to streamline the order fulfillment process and reduce fulfillment times. • Inventory Management: • Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. • Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock turnover and reduce carrying costs. • Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure timely replenishment of stock based on demand forecasts. • Customer Service: • Work closely with the customer service team to address customer inquiries and concerns related to orders, shipments, and product availability. • Implement and maintain customer-centric policies and procedures to enhance the overall shopping experience. • Data Analysis and Reporting
