Location: Remote
Hours: 10 PM to 12 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)
Commitment: 5 Days a Week (2 hours/day)
Salary: PKR 12,000 to 15,000 per month (paid at the end of each month)
We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team and help us promote our Spoken English courses. If you're creative, passionate about social media, and have experience driving results through social platforms, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Social Media Platforms: Handle our Facebook, Instagram, and other channels, creating engaging content for our target audience (Pakistan, Oman, Saudi Arabia).
Content Creation & Graphic Design: You must be proficient in graphic design tools like Canva or Photoshop to create visually appealing posts that align with our brand (black, light blue, yellow, and red).
Ad Campaign Management: Run and optimize Facebook ads targeting specific regions and demographics.
Engagement & Community Building: Develop strategies to increase social media engagement, grow our online community, and encourage enrollments.
Analyze & Report: Track social media metrics, analyze performance, and make adjustments to improve results.
Requirements:
Experience in Social Media Management: Minimum 4 years of experience handling social media accounts, with a track record of running successful campaigns.
Graphic Design Skills: Ability to create high-quality, engaging visuals using design tools (this is a must).
Knowledge of Ad Campaigns: Proficient in running Facebook Ads and optimizing them based on performance data.
Good Communication Skills: Must be able to engage with potential students and answer inquiries effectively.
Time Commitment: Available 5 days a week (Tuesday to Saturday) from 10 PM to 12 AM (Pakistan Standard Time). If you have other online jobs during this time, please refrain from applying.
Salary & Payment:
PKR 12,000 to 15,000 per month, paid at the end of each month.
