Job Title: Female Candidate for Online Order Management
Location: Rancherline, Lawrence Road
Working Hours: 11:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Job Type: Full-Time, Office-Based
Key Responsibilities:
Order Address Confirmation: Verify and confirm customer addresses for online orders.
Order Tracking: Use courier portals to track orders and provide customers with status updates.
WhatsApp Campaign Management: Handle and manage WhatsApp campaigns for customer engagement and promotions.
Shopify Order Management: Update and manage Shopify orders on Excel sheets for efficient tracking.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Excel for managing and updating orders.
Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.
Strong communication skills, especially via WhatsApp for customer engagement.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Female candidates only.
Prior experience in order management or customer service is preferred.
Must be able to work from the Rancherline, Lawrence Road office.
