We are seeking a Call Centre Cold Calling Expert to join our growing security company. This role is ideal for a motivated and target-driven professional with a proven track record in generating leads and securing sales through cold calling. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and promoting our security services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients across various industries to introduce our security services.
Lead Generation: Identify decision-makers, qualify leads, and set up meetings or calls for the sales team.
Relationship Building: Build rapport with prospects and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Sales Pitching: Present our security services with confidence, clearly outlining the benefits and value we provide.
Follow-ups: Maintain consistent follow-up with leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.
CRM Management: Accurately document all interactions with prospects and leads in the CRM system to track progress and performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation, ideally within the security, services, or B2B sectors.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage potential clients and build trust quickly.
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and handle rejection with resilience.
Strong organizational skills and experience using a CRM system to track leads and activity.
A passion for sales and new business development.
