Minimum qualifaction bachelor
Should be presentable.
Calendar Management:
Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, and managing travel arrangements.
Communication:
Answering phone calls, managing emails, and responding to inquiries on behalf of the client.
Record Keeping:
Taking meeting minutes, organizing files, and maintaining records.
Correspondence:
Preparing and proofreading correspondence, such as emails, letters, and memos.
Support and Coordination:
Project Management:
Assisting with project coordination, research, and presentation preparation.
Errand Running:
Handling personal and professional errands, such as shopping, banking, or making deliveries.
Information Gathering:
Researching information for the client, including travel options, event venues, or other relevant data.
Travel Planning:
Organizing travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
Other Responsibilities:
Meeting Management: Coordinating meetings, setting up conference calls, and preparing agendas.
Data Entry and Analysis: Entering and managing data, generating reports, and analyzing information as needed.
Confidentiality: Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
