Description
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Coordinator to join our team. This role requires excellent communication and multitasking skills, as you will be responsible for coordinating client interactions, managing on-call sales, and providing exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate should be proactive, able to handle multiple responsibilities, and foster strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional communication. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and effective client service delivery. Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and updates between clients and team members. Maintain and update client records and databases. On-Call Sales: Handle inbound sales inquiries and make outbound sales calls to potential clients. Provide product and service information to clients and answer any queries they may have. Assist with preparing and sending sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients. Follow up on leads and track sales activity using CRM tools. Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and provide information or solutions via phone, email, or in-person. Resolve client issues or escalate them to the appropriate department as needed. Track and monitor customer feedback and work with teams to improve customer experience. Assist with the maintenance of customer support databases and reports. Office Management: Handle routine office tasks, including maintaining supplies, coordinating meetings, and managing schedules. Ensure the office environment is organized and conducive to productivity.
