Job Description:
We are seeking an Office Boy to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized office environment while assisting with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Keep the office premises clean and organized.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments.
Deliver and collect documents and packages within the office and to clients.
Perform basic administrative tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
Help with inventory management and office supplies.
Support other staff members with general tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Must have a valid motorcycle driving license and be able to ride a bike.
Good communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent.
