Description
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day office operations.
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests.
Keep the office clean and organized, including desks, chairs, and meeting rooms.
Deliver documents and files within and outside the office.
Handle office supplies and ensure they are stocked.
Perform photocopying, scanning, and printing tasks as needed.
Assist in minor office maintenance work.
Open and close the office on time.
Run errands as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Minimum education: Matric (preferred but not mandatory).
