Description
Responsibilities:
• Preparing and serving beverages (tea, coffee) and refreshments to employees and guests.
• Arranging for snacks and meals for meetings or events as instructed.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of office premises.
• Manage office supplies and ensure stock levels are adequate.
• Assist with office errands, including document deliveries and banking tasks.
• Help set up meeting rooms and serve beverages.
• Support administrative tasks like photocopying and filing.
• Ensure security protocols are followed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
